Husband and wife team, Wendy and Riley Dodd have been working together in their family business since 2007. Starting with one bobcat, the team has grown to include a dedicated crew of expert operators.
We know our people are our biggest asset. That’s why we employ quality crew and invest in training to keep our team up-to-date with their skills and knowledge. Most of our team are long-term employees who’ve been with us for years.
Our crew like working for us and our clients like working with our crew.
Our operators have all the necessary mining and rail accreditations, inductions and work tickets. And many of them hold a Certificate 3 in Civil Construction.
We’re focused on finding solutions and fixing problems, not causing them. With All Surface Civil, you’ll never get an operator who doesn’t know what they’re doing.

Born and bred in Walkerston, Wendy is a long-term local who knows how lucky she is to live in this beautiful place.
